K&D’s wedding took place at the LAC Lugano, a modern and architecturally striking venue, perfect for creating a truly dreamlike event. From the first phone call with K, there was an immediate connection. At our first meeting, I realized this would be an extraordinary project. It’s rare for a couple to say so calmly: “This is what we want… now you take care of everything; we just want to be surprised.”
And that’s exactly what happened: a completely surprise wedding, planned in every detail, with trust as the cornerstone of the entire process.
The inspiration began in the very room where the symbolic ceremony would take place: looking through the large LAC windows, I envisioned the decor, the lighting, and the atmosphere. From that moment, the transformation began: a conference hall turned into a stunning dreamlike setting, thanks to creativity and teamwork.
Every moment was designed to amaze: from the welcome drink, to the scenic corridor, to the emotional ceremony, and then into the dining room—a crescendo of experiences. Throughout the evening, live music, lighting, dancers, and playful activities kept energy high, culminating with a special surprise from the chef before the cake cutting. A true sensory spectacle for the guests.
It took five intense days to set up and dismantle everything, but the result exceeded every expectation.
Dahra’s flowers brought elegance and scenic beauty to the space, while Irradia’s lighting created the perfect ambiance. Kairos’ furniture defined the spaces with sophistication, and Convivium’s catering delighted everyone with an extraordinary dinner. The Munger cake added the final sweet touch, while Valentina Mey’s live music filled the room with emotion.
Behind the scenes, Michele Dell’Utri captured every moment with sensitivity. The invitations were designed by Noemi Russo, and the menus and place cards were elegantly lettered by Gabriella Hess, adding personality and style to the event. The symbolic ceremony was conducted by Ludovina, with her signature grace and depth.
The most meaningful detail for me was that the wedding month coincided with the tenth anniversary of my career. K&D’s complete trust, friendship, and joy allowed me to unleash my creativity fully. For a wedding planner, experiences like this are more than work—they are true gifts, leaving memories that stay in the heart forever.
